TheJudge Arbitration Survey – Summary results from conference questionnaire

At the end of 2016 TheJudge held our annual Arbitration Finance conference in London. During the conference, we asked delegates to complete a short survey to seek their views on various aspects of the funding market.  Questions ranged from the implications following the Essar v Norscot decision (a case brokered by TheJudge and one in which we gave evidence), through to current opinions concerning the price and service competitiveness of litigation funders. The results were illuminating in many respects, if not necessarily unexpected.
