An introduction to a new fast track platform enabling solicitors to apply for ATE insurance on behalf of their clients where the total coverage for adverse costs and own disbursements amounts to £250k or less. The service involves a bespoke search of market, including multiple A-rated insurers who specialise in lower value claims but with the key difference being that it provides indications of terms within 1 working day.
